PET POLICY

• El Cielo accepts dogs up to 8 kg for a fee of $75 USD per night.
• We only accept dogs over 8 kg if they are certified service animals.
• Only one dog allowed per room.
• When outside of the room, dogs must be leashed and supervised.
• Dogs are not allowed inside the restaurants, tasting areas, gym, spa, or event rooms.
• When the dog is left alone in the room, it has to be crated and reception must be notified.
• Dog in the room” sign must be displayed at all times.“
• In case of any physiological accidents on the furniture or carpet, an extra cleaning charge will be incurred at check-out.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
• Doggie waste station is provided, including waste bags.
• In-room amenities like water and food bowls, as well as beds and toys are included.
• Guests must sign a waiver at check-in.
• Proof of vaccination must be shown at reception.
• El Cielo does not take any responsibility for the dogs.
• We currently cannot accommodate cats or other pets.
